Our self-described “love affair with land” moved the firm’s founders to focus on planning, designing, building and marketing single-family residential communities. Our commitment to relationships has led the Taylor-Duncan team and its affiliates to invest capital in other development projects — and to serve the building industry as leaders and advisors.

TEXAS

AUSTIN MARKET

BLUFFVIEW – LEANDER

Located in Leander, one of the fastest growing northern suburbs of North Austin, Bluffview offers a beautiful setting with rolling terrain along the winding San Gabriel River. Targeting a move-up, family buyer, Bluffview offers quick access to downtown Austin via the 183 Tollroad and outstanding schools in the booming tech corridor north of Austin. The community will have 515 lots at build out with the first homesites to be delivered in spring of 2016.

CALITERRA – AUSTIN

Set along beautiful Onion Creek in Dripping Springs, Caliterra’s spectacular hill country views, commitment to the environment and natural beauty set it apart from other Austin area communities. Families will enjoy almost 300 acres of green spaces, creeks, lakes and parks and amenities. There will be a total of 600 lots with the first 125 homesites delivered in spring of 2015.

CROSSWINDS – KYLE

Targeting the first time and first move up buyers, Crosswinds is located in Kyle, a southern suburb of Austin, TX and will feature family friendly amenities, parks and greenbelts. The community will have 1,400 lots at build out. The first 225 homesites in phase 1 were delivered in 1st Quarter 2017. The builders are actively constructing and selling homes in this phase.

DALLAS-FORT WORTH MARKET

ARROWBROOKE – DENTON

Located in the booming HWY. 380 Corridor in southern Denton County, ArrowBrooke is in close proximity to the Dallas North Tollway making Collin County employment centers like the Toyota and FedEx headquarters quickly accessible. Targeting first time and first time move-up buyers, the community features great amenities such as pocket parks and water features that run throughout the entire community. The community will have 1,750 lots. Phase 1 of 314 single family lots was delivered December of 2015. The builders are actively constructing and selling homes in this phase. The next 221 lots in Phase 2A & 2B are currently under development. Both of these phases have an estimated completion date of 1st Quarter 2018.

THE TRAILS AT ARBOR HILLS – CARROLLTON

The Trails at Arbor Hills is a 68 – 50’x135’ Single Family Lot community located on Parker Road in Carrollton, TX within minutes of the Dallas North Tollway and easy access to Hwy 121. The 12.7 acre project is served by the Lewisville Independent School District and just walking distance to Hebron High School. The community features will include custom entry monuments, masonry screening walls enhanced with native trees and landscaping. Each lot in this community will have oversize backyards ideal for outdoor living space. This premier subdivision is currently under development with an estimated completion date of 4th Quarter 2017.

BORDEAUX AT LAKE HIGHLANDS – DALLAS

Is a rare in-fill 10 acre Custom Home community located in the prominent Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas. Located within the highly-rated Richardson ISD at the southwest corner of Skillman and Church Road. This community has a total of 37 lots.

BOZMAN FARMS – WYLIE

Bozman Farms is an established 600 acre, 1,300 lot master-planned community located just east of the booming SH 75/Richardson Tech Corridor with quick accessibility to the City Line complex, State Farm headquarters and other employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment. Over 650 families currently call the first four phases of Bozman Farms home. Allegiant acquired the remainder of the project which will provide for the development of approximately 780 additional lots. The 145 lots in Phase 3 and the 51 lots in phase 4 are now sold out. Phase 5A has 117 lots which were completed in March 2017. Builders are currently constructing & actively selling homes in phase 5A. Phase 5B is currently under construction with an estimated completion date of 4th Quarter 2017. This phase will have 74 single family lots.

PRAIRIE VIEW – FRISCO

Prairie View, located in the much sought after City of Frisco, is a 163.5 acre single family, master-planned community. It is in close proximity to the cities entertainment opportunities such as the Frisco Gun Club, Stonebriar Mall and Warren Sports Complex. With 460 lots, this community will feature large open spaces, hike/bike trails, pocket parks and a modern ranch themed amenity center and resort style pool. Throughout the community, there will be commissioned artwork from local artists. The Prairie View Builder team is currently selling homes on the 169 lots in phase 1. Phase 2A will have 107 lots which are under construction with an estimated completion date of 2nd Quarter 2017.

VILLAS OF GARRETT AVENUE – DALLAS

Is a truly unique urban in-fill community located in the very popular Knox-Henderson area of Dallas. There are 22 single family lots. The intown detached product being built makes this a one-of-a-kind project within the neighborhood. The community features a green space park plaza at the center on the property for exclusive use the homeowners.

WILDRIDGE – OAK POINT/LITTLE ELM

Wildridge is a master-planned 382 acre community located in Oak Point/Little Elm ISD, Texas on Lake Lewisville. This project is a Joint Venture between Crescent Communities and Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC. The community will feature 1,194 Lots and have a variety of amenities including an amenity center with a resort style pool, nature trails and pocket parks. The Wildridge Builder team is currently selling homes on the 172 lots in phase 1. Phase 2 will have 199 lots which are under construction with an estimated completion date of 4th Quarter 2016. This is a truly desirable development, unique to north Texas featuring lake frontage, mature trees, scenic vistas and a stocked pond.

VILLAS AT PARKER – Carrollton

Villas At Parker will be a 100 lot patio home community in Carrollton, TX. Located on Parker Road within minutes of the North Dallas Tollway with easy access to Hwy 121. The 15.5 acre community is served by the Lewisville Independent School District and just walking distance from Hebron High School. Community features will include almost one acre of open space, custom entry monuments & masonry screening wall enhanced with beautiful trees and native landscaping. This truly unique community is estimated to open in the Summer of 2017.

The Reserve on Parker will be a 106 – 45’ Patio Home Lot & 63 Town Home Lot community. Located in Carrollton, TX on Parker Road within minutes of the Dallas North Tollway and easy access to Hwy 121, the 22 acre project is served by the Lewisville Independent School District and just walking distance to Hebron High School. TENNESSEE

THE FOREST OF LEBANON – LEBANON

A Custom Home Community located in Lebanon, Tennessee. This 197 acre community features a total of 259 half acre lots. Located on Hwy 109 the development is 30 minutes from the downtown metro and 20 minutes from the Nashville international airport. The property sits in the rolling hills of Wilson County, with beautiful landscaping and green space. The Forest is adjacent to the Five Oaks Country Club & Golf Course. Residents have the option of membership which is a true attribute and amenity to the community. Phase 2 was completed in March of 2016 and the builder team is actively selling homes on these 25 lots. The Phase 2 lots are now sold out. The 20 lots in Phase 3A were completed in March of 2017 and the builder team is now constructing & selling homes in this phase.

DEL PRADO – ESCONDIDO

Del Prado, a partnership with Carlsbad, CA based Vertical Infill, is a 3.14 acre tract located at the southwest corner of Centre City Parkway and Brotherton Road in Escondido, CA. The property is currently in the entitlement process for a proposed mixed use townhome development.
