Crescent Communities in partnership with Taylor Duncan Interests participated in a groundbreaking ceremony July 9 at Wildridge – a new single-family residential community in Oak Point on Lake Lewisville. Construction is underway for the 385-acre, master-planned community of 1,194 single-family homes, with prices expected to range from the $230,000s to the $450,000s.
Steve Yetts, vice president of Crescent Communities Texas Region; Phillip Duncan, partner with Taylor Duncan Interests; Spencer Taylor, partner with Taylor Duncan Interests; Larry Taylor, partner with Taylor Duncan Interests; Andy Carmody, president of Crescent Communities Residential; Amy Bockes, Oak Point interim city manager and Caity Post, chief of staff for Rep. Pat Fallon all participated in the groundbreaking.
The Denton County property is located in the “peninsula” area on the shores of Lake Lewisville and situated within the rapidly expanding U.S. Hwy. 380 corridor. The property fronts on Shahan Prairie Road, just east of FM 720. It offers access to Interstate 35E to the southwest via the Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge and to the Dallas North Tollway to the southeast via Eldorado Parkway.
